  1. REGISTRATION & RE-REGISTRATION FEE

A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. A re-registration fee applies when a student is absent for four (4) consecutive weeks or more. To avoid incurring the re-registration fee, students can prepay the tuition for the returning month and submit the completed Student Vacation Request Form prior to the leave of absence.

  2. TUITION FEE

All tuition fees are payable in full and in advance by the 7th of each month. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 handling fee. If two or more returned checks are received within one year, all tuition payments thereafter must be made by cash or cashier checks. Tuition is calculated ANNUALLY. Each monthly payment represents an installment of the annual tuition fee. For inactive students, any overpayment will be adjusted and forfeited on December 31st each year. (Exception: See Paragraph E for students whose tuition is paid via a third party.)

  3. LATE CHARGE

A late charge will be applied for each tuition invoice not paid in full by the 8th of each month. Lessons for students whose tuition payment is not received after the due date shall be suspended until full payment is received.

Extra fees may be incurred to cover costs including but not limited to concerts, parent meetings, skill surveys, examinations and/or supplementary materials. Parents and/or guardians will be notified in advance for these occasions and the fees due.

  5. THIRD PARTY PAYMENT

If payments for a student are made by and through a third party such as a charter school, the parent/guardian agrees to pay for any overages, material fees and any charges exceeding the authorization amount. Unused balance has no cash value. The student is entitled only to lessons in the calendar month for which the payment is authorized. All charter school students must complete all authorized lessons by June 15th each year. All remaining credits will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for future lessons after June 15th of each year.

    3. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed to be at the same time as the regular lessons or to be given by the regular instructor.

    4. Unused annual make-up lesson allowance is reset every school calendar year on January 1st. Unused and incomplete make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next school calendar year.

    5. Excusable prolonged absences are allowed without counting towards the annual eligible make-up lesson allowance when students can provide proper forms of proof from doctors and/or professionals for serious illness and sever injuries resulting in complete impediment of the students from taking regular lessons. Decisions on approving such cases are at the discretion of our school.
